The NAPA team is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager for our Sales Team in Japan to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining specified key account customer relationships as well as identify add-on sales opportunities among these customers, and also ensuring customer satisfaction.
NAPA Shipping Solutions business entity develops and delivers solutions for performance monitoring and voyage optimization of ocean-going merchant vessels. In this role, you would be taking sales to the next level, leading business growth together with our experienced sales team, and cooperating with the services team.
You will have colleagues and customers from many countries, so this role is truly global with a meaningful purpose. Safety and decarbonization of the global fleet are core challenges for today's ship owners, operators, and charterers. Optimizing ship efficiency and minimizing risks can make a difference in today's marketplace, and you could help us make this happen.

職務:
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
- 持続可能なビジネスとアカウントの成長を確保するための短期及び長期の計画と実行
Short and long term planning and execution of account strategy to ensure sustainable business and account growth - リードから受注までの営業管理を含む、主要顧客の全ての商業的側面の管理
Ownership of all commercial aspects of the key accounts including sales management from lead to order - 特定の戦略的重要顧客との関係性および顧客体験の向上
Develop the customer relationship and customer experience of identified strategic key customer accounts - 主要顧客企業内でのネットワークの拡大
Increase their network inside the key account companies - 新たなビジネスチャンスの追求と特定
Seek and identify new opportunities - レポート作成と予算管理
Prepare reporting and budgeting
このポジションは出張を伴います。当社神戸オフィス勤務(ハイブリッド可)。
This position requires traveling. Our office is located in Kobe, Japan (Possible hybrid-mode).

We hope you meet most of these requirements to succeed in this role:
- 3年以上の営業またはアカウントマネージメントの経験(海運業界経験者優遇)
Around 3+ years of experience in sales or account manager job, preferred in maritime industry
- 日本語 (ネイティブレベル) 及び 英語 (ビジネスレベル) のコミュニケーションスキル
Fluency in Japanese (Native level) and English (Business level)
- 関連する学歴:工学、経済学、またはそれに類する学士号または修士号
Relevant academic education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economic or similar - 顧客重視の姿勢
