NAPA Romania is currently looking for an Assistant to support HR and Finance processes for NAPA Group’s local subsidiary in Galati.
The role and your team
At NAPA, every detail matters, and the Assistant role is key to keeping our HR and Finance processes running smoothly. As an essential team member, you will work closely with our professionals to support their efforts, ensuring that everything—from recruitment to office operations—flows seamlessly.
In HR, you’ll assist with onboarding, helping new employees settle in with tasks like preparing welcome kits, scheduling occupational health checks, and organizing safety training. You’ll also support recruitment efforts, maintain employment documents, and lend a hand in planning business trips or coordinating team-building events.
In the Finance department, your role will focus on managing accounts payable, processing expense reports, and handling company credit cards. You’ll assist with budgeting and ensure that our financial records are accurate and up to date, contributing to the office's overall efficiency.
For Office duties, you’ll be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating internal events, and maintaining a comfortable and productive workspace for the team.
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Galati, Romania, for one year. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to fostering a supportive and efficient workplace. If you thrive on keeping things organized and enjoy working behind the scenes to support others, this role is for you.
The area of responsibility is limited only to the local company, but a good level of English is a basic requirement for performing the job. The work also requires flexibility, independence, and the ability to learn new things quickly if necessary. The company operates according to self-management principles. The most important systems are Oracle NetSuite, Nexonia, and Microsoft’s Office tools.
What we expect from you
You could be a good fit for this role if you have:
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in HR/Finance
- Educational background in finance/accounting
- Previous experience in the HR field is appreciated
- Ability to work independently
- Working proficiency both in verbal & written Romanian and English
- Good communication skills
