Sales Manager
NAPA Safety Solutions provides industry leading digital solutions for enhancing the safety and efficiency of ship operations, focusing on passenger ship segment. Our products are trusted by 10000+ users onboard the global fleet of international cruise ships. We are now looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to join our global team of experts and elevate NAPA Safety Solutions’ business to the next level. You will be part of a global sales team and will be working with leading the business growth by maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
This role is full-time and permanent. Your home base can be in Finland or Germany. The role requires travelling to visit NAPA’s customers and other NAPA offices.
What you will be doing
- Manage customer acquisition and customer relationships in the maritime sector focusing to customers in Europe.
- Focus on Customer Engagement. Prioritize building and maintaining close customer relationships, ensuring smooth new product sales, identifying new opportunities and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Sell and scale new software products successfully.
- Lead and drive projects forward to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches.
- Conduct market analyses to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet targets.
- Develop sales processes e.g. improve digital sales funnel and CRM tools and seek usage of AI.
- Use modern communication tools to effectively address and support customers.
- Support product development with active collaboration with Business Development team to ensure product are progressing and align with customer needs. In additionally provide valuable input on pricing strategies at the early stages of product development and make it true to customers.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events to represent our company.
Due to our self-managed organization the exact assignments and tasks can be tailored based on your competencies and interests.
What are we looking for?
- Relevant educational background, e.g. in the field of economics, engineering or comparable qualification.
- Previous experience and proven success in selling and scaling new SaaS products.
- Experience in modern sales tactics and genuine interest in new technologies (e.g. AI).
- Hunger for closing sales and finding new ways to meet the ambitious sales and revenue targets.
- Customer-centric approach and the ability to engage with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead projects and ensure timely progress and customer satisfaction.
- The ability to prioritize high-impact activities.
- Will and ability to improve and challenge the current ways of working.
- Previous experience and proven success in selling and scaling new SaaS products.
- Full English proficiently in written and spoken, other languages are seen as a benefit.
