About the Role

As a Software Developer Trainee, you will contribute to developing custom reports for Fleet Intelligence and work on innovative new features. You will be assigned an onboarding buddy to help you integrate into the team and understand the NAPA Way of working.

Your main tasks will include modifying and improving existing reports, developing new tools and reports, and reprocessing data.

You will work closely with your teammates based in Galati and worldwide while collaborating with various software development teams and UX designers.

This is a remote/hybrid position, and you can work full-time or part-time during the summer of 2025.

What we expect from you

• Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Prior experience is not required, but university or personal projects are highly valued
• Experience with some programming languages (e.g. C#, object-oriented programming languages, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with database/SQL
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Selected candidates will be given a take-home assignment to assess their skills before the interview stage.
