We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our international team of experts and lead amplify the global impact of NAPA Design Solutions through strategic and effective marketing.

The growing NAPA team
NAPA Design Solutions is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our global NAPA team and help drive lead generation for the NAPA Design Solutions product portfolio. In this role, you’ll create consistent, compelling stories that clearly communicate the benefits of our solutions to our target audiences. You will play a central role in ensuring that our value proposition, customer engagement, and commitment to advancing ship design efficiency are well recognized in the market.
You will work closely with the NAPA marketing team and the Design Solutions teams responsible for business development, product management, and global sales. You’ll collaborate with product, business, and sales experts to shape, maintain, and refine our core messaging.
The role is a fixed-term parental leave substitute for one year. The position is set to start as soon as possible, in line with the agreement. Your homebase will be our office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki but you are free to work flexible in office or in hybrid model.
As a Marketing Manager your main responsibilities are:
- Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts, sales and product management to develop value propositions that resonate with our customers.
- Develop and support go-to-market plans for new products and creative campaigns for existing offering to boost the lead generation.
- Create compelling marketing content, including customer stories, sales materials, webinars, website copy, monthly newsletters, and blog posts that clearly communicate the value of our products.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media channels; analyze performance and continuously optimize based on results and evolving business goals.
- Leverage digital platforms to scale messaging, track engagement, and fine-tune content in line with the overall marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute user events and global trade fairs as strategic platforms to showcase NAPA Design Solutions, engage target audiences, and drive product awareness and adoption on a global scale.
- Lead the development and execution of the product marketing strategy for NAPA Design Solutions.
- Drive initiatives that increase brand awareness and support growth among both existing and prospective customers.
- Manage the sourcing of external expertise to complement our in-house competencies.
What skills are expected for a perfect match?
We expect you to already have some years of experience in product marketing and a history of successful management of digital marketing campaigns. These would be beneficial for the role:
- Strong hands-on attitude with proven results in the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Ability to translate the product value proposition to appealing stories to the right audience.
- Proven experience in using digital marketing to drive lead generation and business growth.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience in event management and organizational planning, with strong coordination skills.
- Excellent facilitation and cross-functional skills to lead projects in a self-managed organization.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners to drive initiatives forward.
- Previous experience in B2B product marketing.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of CAE/CAD software industry is a plus.
- Excellent command of written and oral English.
