Digital Sales Lead

Description of the role and the team
As a Digital Sales Lead, you will oversee and qualify inbound leads for NAPA Safety Solutions, ensuring a smooth transition from Marketing to Sales. Your role is to maintain a clean and organized NetSuite sales queue, identify genuine Safety Solutions cases, and initiate standardized customer outreach. By building structured SQL workflows and documentation, you’ll enhance the efficiency and quality of lead handling across the Safety Solutions sales process.
You’ll be working within a dynamic organization that operates in the B2B SaaS space, with a focus on maritime and industrial software solutions. Our solutions for ship operations help digitalize and automate processes while providing actionable insights to take safety, compliance, efficiency, and sustainability to a new level.
You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, including sales and marketing professionals. The team values autonomy, precision, and proactive communication, and collaborates to drive results and continually improve processes.
This position is based in Galati, Romania, with a hybrid work model—a combination of remote and on-site work to support flexibility and collaboration. This is a temporary (6 months) full-time position with the possibility of extension.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B digital sales lead queue handling and development, ideally in SaaS or industrial software sectors
- Proven track record in inbound lead handling and cold prospecting
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools (preferably NetSuite) and digital sales workflows
- Experience with digital sales funnels and MQL→SQL conversion
- Strong customer orientation and ability to recognize genuine sales opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills for managing leads, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining process consistency
- Strong communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating with internal teams
- Analytical mindset for interpreting lead and sales data
- High attention to detail for accurate CRM updates and documentation
- Self-driven and proactive in improving processes and organizing the sales queue
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools or BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Understanding of GDPR and customer data compliance
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in other European languages will be an advantage.
